To ensure maximum sun protection, apply the extra thick formula 30 minutes before going outside, reapply every 2 hours of sun exposure, and right after swimming or excessive sweating. Note that natural oils and organic ingredients may separate, so be sure to massage the tube to mix the ingredients before application.
